•    Tercipta momentum tinggi dalam menanggulangi pengangguran, yang berorientasi pada usaha meningkatkan daya-beli masyarakat. pemberdayaan pemasaran Produk IKM (Industri Kecil dan Menengah) dan Peningkatan produktivitas pedagang UMKMK (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah dan Koperasi)

•    Arus persaingan pasar bebas akan terkondisi pada kekuatan masyarakat Konsumen, iklim usaha akan berpihak pada  peningkatan daya-beli masyarakat konsumen.

•    Perekonomian era otonomi daerah akan berjalan selaras dan terpadu serta terkendali positif oleh peran pemerintah pusat.
